We are shedding our skin and proud to present to you, Heritage, Cuisine of India.Heritage is an Indian restaurant that specializes in using traditional methods and recipes, it is a passion project by Jaswinder Kaur. Jaswinder is a 3rd generation chef and has been running and working at Indian restaurants for the past 13 years.Here at Heritage we look forward to bringing the people of New Zealand the classic Indian dishes they love, alongside exciting new dishes they may have never heard of, all lovingly made in the traditional ways as they were back in India.
